The audiologist was very patient, understanding and helpful when answering questions I had. She was very thorough about my understanding the things I endured during the testing.

I brought in my 90 yr old father and I had low hope of success. They were able to tweak his hearing aids after his test and he can hear again. Thank you for saving my sanity!

As a new hearing aid customer with no former experience, I had no idea what to expect. I was not a typical case, having lost partial hearing in one ear from a cholesteatoma, and profound hearing loss in the other from a post-op migraine complication almost 2 years later. The professional assisting me was excellent. She answered questions, listened to my needs, explained things in detail, and fitted me with a pair of hearing aids that work for me. Follow-up has been the same. I am very happy with my purchase and highly satisfied with my Audibel professional. A+ experience!!
